Kaia FIT Boot Camp (BRIK)
The Kaia F.I.T Boot Camps are 5 days a week for 6 weeks. We call them “BRIKs” since they are great ways to build your fitness and reach your goals throughout the year. They are an amazing experience, you simply show up, commit to the program and you will get phenomenal results in a very short amount of time! Working together as a team for six weeks, with fitness assessments and goal sheets, we are able to tailor each boot camp session to you. It’s personal training in a group atmosphere. During BRIK, you will get nutritional support, intense training and have lots of fun. We cater to women of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. You will always feel encouraged and we will help you reach your goals. On average, a typical Kaia Girl will see a reduction of 10-12 lbs of fat and a decrease in pant size by 1 to 2 sizes, in just 4 to 6 weeks!

These sessions run in between the Kaia F.I.T. boot camps (BRIKs). They are 3 days a week for 5 weeks and a fun way to get in shape or stay in shape, meet friends, and get your sweat on. F.I.T. stands for Functional Intense Training – we will be teaching our bodies to move as they were intended to. We Kan run, walk, jump, play, feel confident and have fun getting FIT. Our Kaia classes and sessions are always different, keeping your body guessing. This is our secret to helping you achieve your true potential! Kaia classes include indoor/outdoor workouts, cardiovascular training, plyometrics, strength, kettle bells, body suspension (TRX), yoga (Kaia Flow), and much more. All ages and fitness levels welcome!

With the automatic payment program you will get all the FIT Sessions and all the BRIKs throughout the year included in your monthly fee. You will also have your spot saved for each session throughout the year. We apologize but our 5am and 6am class times are currently full and you will be placed on a wait list. Saturday Power Hour
Our Saturday Power Hour class is a great way to jump start your fitness or bring your current sports training to a new level. Power Hour is a great addition to your three Kaia classes each week and often features strength training, TRX, and team workouts. We use many different types of equipment and also incorporate moderate weight lifting exercises to build strength and power.

Kaia Swimming Basics Class
If you are interested in learning the swimming basics for a triathlon or just for fun, join us every Wednesday during BRIK! Wednesdays 6:00pm – 7:30pm at Sacramento State University. Please call 916-717-9205 for more information. Class includes experienced swim coaching from beginners to advanced swimmers, pool entry fee, equipment information, and tons of Kaia fun!
