1. Why Kaia F.I.T.?
What separates Kaia F.I.T. from other programs is the combination of our intense muscle confusion workouts, nutritional guidance along with constant support from our certified trainers. Kaia F.I.T. promises that you will achieve fast, dramatic results. Our whole body approach to fitness and healthy living will make you leaner, stronger, more flexible, and give you the energy to be more effective in your daily life.
2. Is Kaia F.I.T. too hard for me?
No, Kaia F.I.T. is for all ages and abilities. Don’t be intimidated, you will be surprised how far you will come in a short amount of time and how many different women of all levels and ages are currently thriving in the program. From the first timers working out, grandmothers, to elite athletes, Kaia workouts are designed for you. We have modifications for every exercise and you will never be left behind. We will help you find your level and respect your limits.
3. Is Kaia indoors or outdoors?
We have a large indoor facility with all the equipment needed to have great workouts. We do utilize the outside area of our gym, so be prepared to be outside too! During our BRIKs (boot camp sessions), we meet at a park once a week!
4. What do I bring to workouts?
Always bring a water bottle and a great attitude! In your car, keep your own yoga mat, resistance band and jump rope!
5. What are the workouts like, what can I expect?
The great thing about Kaia workouts is you never know what to expect. Not only do we leave you guessing but your body is always guessing too! The workouts never let your body get in a comfort zone. Kaia classes are exciting and fun, they are not like any other class you have taken, they leave you exhausted but exhilarated. You will actually find yourself excited for the next Kaia class!
6. How long are the workouts?
The workouts last 1 hour in length.
7. Can I make up classes if I miss my class?
We do offer make-ups with some limitations. See a Kaia Coach for details!
8. Can I alternate different class times throughout the week?
When you sign up for a class time, that is your spot in the program and those girls are your teammates. We like for you to attend your designated class time as much as possible, doing make-ups in allowed class times only when absolutely necessary.
9. Can I bring my children?
At this time we do not have a child day care center and our insurance does not allow anyone under 18 years of age at the gym.
10. What results can I expect?
You will feel results immediately, but you will most likely see your results within 2 or 3 weeks of starting the program. You will:
- Lose weight: about 2 to 4 pounds a week, without fad diets
- Tone muscles in the fastest time possible
- Look your best and feel better than ever
- Increase energy and become a calorie burning machine
- See real results that last

11. What is the difference between a FIT Session and a BRIK?
FIT Sessions are 5 weeks long, 3 days a week. BRIK sessions are our boot camps, 6 weeks long, 5 days a week. We hold 3 BRIKs per year. Please see our “Schedule” and “Sign Up Now” pages for more detailed information.
12. Can I start Mid- Session?
Yes, you can start at anytime during our FIT Sessions. However, we do not allow any additions during BRIKs. Our BRIK boot camps are designed so all the girls who start together, also finish together as a team!
