It’s already Week 5 of our FREE TO BE ME Core session!! We are finishing it up with our final nutrition challenge – 7 Days without ALCOHOL!!
This is probably the least complicated of our challenges… No means NO!!
As you stay away from alcohol this week, pay attention to a few things:
- How do you feel in the mornings?
- How is your performance in the gym? (Is it improving?)
- Do you sleep better?
- Do you have more will-power against late night cravings?
These are many of the things I personally experience when I go without the glass of wine with dinner or mid-week happy hour. Remember, these challenges are all about AWARENESS and we are all different!
Stick with it for 7 days and learn from it! If you feel great without it, take this as the perfect opportunity to omit or moderate your alcohol consumption from now on!
