Our new location is home to a new pull-up structure and I think most of us have a love/hate relationship with it! Pull-ups and other movements on the bars are HARD… But like anything else, it doesn’t get easier unless we practice! In honor of our new pull-up bars, we are putting an emphasis on upper-body work this session!
As we finish up Week 2 of the session, I’m already seeing SO much progress! This morning, girls were getting in those bands like they’ve done it forever, jumping over the bars continuously, and looking strong & confident!
I know pull-ups can be our worst enemy… But stay determined and make it your goal to give them 100% effort every time!
