Just pack your resistance band and get a workout in anywhere you might be traveling!
Equipment: Pull up bar or Resistance band
20 Pull-ups or Band Pulldowns (Loop resistance band around something taller than you and pull down and back)
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Repeat x5 for time!
