At-Home Workouts & Workout #1

Dear Kaia Girls and readers everywhere,

As we approach the second half of December, I urge you to stay active! This is the hardest time of year to stay motivated and keep moving. I know we will all indulge a little more than usual (although I certainly encourage moderation!)… But stay active and workout! Keeping your body moving and your metabolism up will help combat the extra holiday calories. Enjoy time with your loved ones and friends, but also make time for YOURSELF! Whether it’s your alone time or time to get together with a girlfriend, make workouts a PRIORITY every week!

Over the next three weeks, I will be posting 12 at-home workouts (4 per week). If you aren’t joining us for the Winter Wonder Woman session, promise yourself that you will do EVERY workout! You can print them up and take them to the park or do them in your living room. They are short and simple but will get you sweatin’ in no time!

If you are joining us for the Winter Wonder Woman session, challenge yourself to add a little extra heat to your week! Maybe double up and do two at-home workouts on your days off from Kaia! Finish out 2012 tough & strong!

Challenge yourself to give 100% to these workouts, especially the short ones! Work at max effort and post your times/comments to Facebook! Let’s keep each other motivated and accountable!

Happy Holidays!

Love, Megan

  2. Greetings, I do believe your blog could possibly be having web browser compatibility
issues. Whenever I take a look at your website in Safari, it looks fine however when opening
in Internet Explorer, it’s got some overlapping issues. I merely wanted to give you a quick heads up! Other than that, excellent website!

    • That’s so strange Malinda! I just viewed it in Safari (on a Mac), Internet Explorer and Firefox (on a PC) and they all look fine… I’ve had that happen in the past though, so I’ll keep my eye out for it! Thanks so much, really appreciate the heads up! -Megan
