Our very own Kaia FIT Sacramento girl, Kira Heinrichs, has started a great Facebook group called Kaia + Kitchen. She started the group to share recipes, post photos of detox food, and find/give encouragement during BRIK. And it is definitely working!! On only Day 4 of Week 1 there are over 130 members!
