The last week of another FIT session is here! Time flies when you’re getting FIT! This session has been a fun one, filled with new faces, creative workouts, crazy Power Hours, fun outings and an amazing group of women (as always!). Thank you for being a part of it!
With this session coming to a close, it’s time to gear up for one of my favorite events of the year… SUMMER BRIK!
Here’s the scoop!
This week: Saturday Power Hour @ McKinley Park! Free to all (and you’re welcome to bring a girlfriend!). Workout from 9-10 a.m. followed by a POTLUCK in the park from 10-11 a.m. Bring your favorite brunch item to share!!
Next week: “Off Week”… But don’t worry, we’ll keep you busy! Monday: FLOW with April @ 6 p.m. Wednesday: POWER HOUR with Megan @ 6 a.m. Thursday: KICKBOXING with April @ 6 p.m. Everyone’s welcome to attend any or all of these free classes (great for a make-up if you missed last Thursday due to bad weather!)
BRIK: “Human + Nature” – Let’s get back to the basics! How does your body feel? Let’s focus on trying raw foods, eating clean & green, detoxing, getting outside and having fun! Explore nature, organic foods, farmer’s markets and giving back to the planet. Maybe even get your hands a little dirty and plant something!
Schedule: The weekly BRIK Schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. M/T/Th are Kaia workouts like you’re used to during FIT session, Friday’s are FLOW (a yoga/pilates inspired class) and Saturday’s are group Run/Walk days (all class times meet at 7 a.m. at various Sacramento area locations on Saturdays). Class times are 5 a.m., 6 a.m., 7 a.m., 9 a.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m., 7 p.m.
