That’s right, it’s HELL WEEK. If it’s your first BRIK, get ready for some extra hardcore fun this week! NOW is the time to pump it up, hit those goals, and give it everything you’ve got!!
HELL WEEK CHALLENGE- Double Days! We are helping you out with this and providing extra workouts (for free!), Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. They will be 30 minutes and are to be done in addition to your Kaia workouts! They will all be held in McKinley Park (35th and H Streets). Get after it ladies, the time is NOW! P.S. These count for make-ups!!
Vow to make it to EVERY class, including Saturday. Show up ready to give it 110%. Focus on your goals and upcoming assessments. Find the drive to get the results you want!!
This is the perfect week to try something NEW- handstands? rope climbs? big box jumps? Tell a coach your goal and we will help you go for it! You never know what you are capable of until you TRY!!
