Love The Park Days

6am Scavenger Hunt in the park

Yes, it’s that important!  You should really be in full swing with your nutritional plan.  If your goal is to lose weight than I would stick to one carb meal or cheat meal per week.  Your carb meal will be whole grain carbs (brown rice, whole wheat noodles, whole wheat bread, cereal, etc.).  If you want to have carbs once a day – try to stick with carbs for breakfast or lunch only! 
 
Remember it is:
 
No
1. No alcohol
2. Nothing processed or artificial
3. No white flour
4. Nothing over 9g of sugar
5. No eating past 7pm
 
Yes
1. Greens, greens, greens!
2. 30-35g of fiber
3. 80 oz of water
4. Legumes (lentils, blacks, chick peas, kindneys)
5. Low sugar fruits (apples, berries)

Hand bag in the Making!

Yesterday we had a few of our BRIK girls make their own hand bags for the boot camps!!  They all started great and we can’t wait to see the final product.

 Take these with you to class, to the park, on your vacations.  Wherever they will fit!  They are a great way to stay in shape and show them off to your friends :)
