Yes, it’s that important! You should really be in full swing with your nutritional plan. If your goal is to lose weight than I would stick to one carb meal or cheat meal per week. Your carb meal will be whole grain carbs (brown rice, whole wheat noodles, whole wheat bread, cereal, etc.). If you want to have carbs once a day – try to stick with carbs for breakfast or lunch only!

2. Nothing processed or artificial
3. No white flour
4. Nothing over 9g of sugar
5. No eating past 7pm

2. 30-35g of fiber
3. 80 oz of water
4. Legumes (lentils, blacks, chick peas, kindneys)
5. Low sugar fruits (apples, berries)
