Spring is finally here girls!! With this beautiful weather, we are going to be planning some workouts at our local parks and use some of the trails around our area. WOW DAY 19!! Quick tips for our push-up challenge rockstars:
Try push-ups 2x a day to get ready for 50!
If you get tired rest at the top of your pushup & breath.
Change hand positions to work different muscles.
Squeeze your buns & abs instead of just your arms.
…Add harder pushups everyday (1 Kaia Pushup, 2, 3… then the rest bal or str)
Keep it going strong girls! Beautiful summer arms here we come
